Default Rough Country Shock.....

I have seen many threads related to Rough Country and the quality of the lift and or suspension components. My question is regarding how to tell if your shock is blown. I am 99% certain I have one that is, oil scattered, shock tube wet, ride quality not as smooth at it used to be. I have checked all around for other fluid leaks and cant find anything. I can push down on the one corner and she wont bounce like a bad shock will do, but it seems that side is chattering on the road, it didnt used to do that. Your thoughts?
I purchased this jeep with this suspension on it and am happy with it, but guess I will start replacing with better components. Bilstien or Pro-Comp next time.
