I put on a 3.5 new series 2 rough country lift. I also put on new adjustable trac bars. I had some problems at first but everything seems fine now. one question is that someone told me if i put on adjustable trac bars instead of the relocation bracket, that i should put my stock pitman arm back in instead of the drop pitman arm. any insight??

That sounds about right, though if your lift is too high your geometry of your draglink and trackbar will be off. I recently did a draglink flip and was able to go back to a stock pitman arm.

You want the trackbar and draglink to be parallel to each other. That RC kit comes with a trackbar bracket that changes the mounting location, and a drop pitman arm that changes the mounting location, right? Since 'both' are moved, they stay parallel to each other. If you remove only one of them, guess what? They are no longer parallel, and you will get some steering issues. (how bad? No clue, it depends on how far from parallel they are.)
So, if you go to an adj trackbar and remove the trackbar bracket, you will want to go back to your stock pitman so the geometries stay correct. That's my opinion, anyway.

i have the same lift, if you are running an adjustable track bar, lose the drop bracket as well as the drop pitman, you cant run one without the other or you wil have bump steer. found out first hand. im running stock pitman and adjustable track bar and no bracket... drives great
