Default Rough Country 4" lift

I've seen a few threads posted about this lift, but I'm actually wanting to know about quality of the lift-
Rough country has the basic 4" lift which comes with springs, shocks, extensions, etc--all for $499!
They also put out the same lift, but with full sets of control arms (upper and lower) , brake line brackets, etc--all for $859

herein lies the question:
Does the $350 difference in price really not reflect the quality of the upgrades?
Seeing how this 4" complete system is like half of what it would cost from another company (or roughly 500 less), would it be smart to still run the 4" complete system?
I'm from the philosophy of doing something right the first time instead of kicking myself for not doing it later.

opinions go!

Might be because they are not adj. control arms...they are fixed for that lift! Probably where your saving money! Far a quality....Mine seems pretty top notch, love the 2.2 shocks and Ben at Rough Country is great with customer service along with the rest of the staff!!

With fixed arms you can not adjust your pinion angles. Plus your typical adj. control arms also have some type of flex joint/heim at one end for more flex.
