It means look past the cheap price tag and know what you are getting.
The new fixed arms set the caster after the lift, but do not allow you to fine tune. Depending on your needs, adjustables may be the better option.
The drop pitman & trackbar bracket adjust the steering geometry after the lift. Drop pitmans are known to apply extra leverage to the steering box/shaft/whatever and may cause issues. Some type of flip kit may be a better option.
Not saying it's a bad kit, just to be aware of how the components fit in to your needs.

It means the control arms arent adjustable..
I just got my alignment specs back and the caster is set perfectly, which if im correct means the new lift kit didnt change the stock angle whereas on some other kits you have to adjust the caster by drilling out the slots on the lower control arms and adjust them accordignly

I have that setup. It's a good lift for trail runs and light offroading. I run 35" KM2's with it. Again for the money it's ok. The shocks are stiff as heck. I'm looking to replace the lift and not just the shocks because we wheel more then originally thought we might. Any chance to hit a trail we do.

When you say driveline do you mean the driveshaft? if so you wont get any rubbing unless you disconnect the front sway bars and articulate a lot.
I didnt install the drop pitman arm as i couldnt get the stock one off. just removed the trackbar relocation bracket and installed an adj trackbar, the steering is like night and day, such a big improvement

I've been running this lift on my 07 since Nov 2010 and had no problems, well other than DW but that was due to the front track bar frame bolt hole being wallowed out. I also added the 1.5" BL. Here are some pics .
