I got a 2.5 rc lift on mine. Went with the longer springs and shocks. The ride hasn't changed any that I've noticed. I have 33x12.5 general grabber tires and 17" procomp wheels.
I think if u did the body lift ur tires would look too small.
As far as mpg..... I was getting 18 mpg and I'm down to about 13.5. This is my DD and all my driving is within 8 miles or less.
Here's a few before and after pictures.

Top????? It's just the soft top that came with it. Do I have it folded funny? As far as mpg, I bought a house in town since the lift and I do more in town driving now. I was driving 60 miles round trip to work and now it more like 15.

To the OP as a point of reference... I installed the RC 2.5" lift kit (no body lift). I am still running the stock Rubicon tires. Before & after pictures are included... I think the spring lift alone would be sufficient to clear 33's... Also, take a close look at a JK with a body lift... It leaves gaps between body & bumpers... Not a deal-breaker for me personally, however it would be unfortunate for you to buy & install the BL only to hate the gaps!

With a 2.5" lift, could you FOR SURE run 35's without rubbing?
I'd probably go with a 3.5" RC lift, it's only $500 and a few of my buddies have RC lifts on their diesel trucks and work fine.
3.5" lift with 35's would be sweet.

Would this lift be too much for 26/75-16s?

I'm trying to decide if I should go with the Teraflex coil leveing kit or this.
Since I just got the tires, I'll be keeping them for a while. Won't be going to anything bigger than 33s either, because I can't afford a regear, thanks!
