Anyone have any info on Rotopax/Great Outdoor Products?

Called them for advice and followed it. Not everything fit so need to return unused parts.

No response by phone or email. Also billed my cc twice for different amounts for essentially the full amount- one charge to Rotopax and the other to Great Outdoor.
