Default Rotational squeek in the rear

I had this squeek that would sound rotational with the speed of the tires. I changed all brake pads to ceramics. For three days the squeek was gone, it just returned. Not sure exactly what the deal is. Any ideas?

Check the slip joint on your rear driveshaft.

Im still running stock. The squeek, squeek, spueek is either activated by my pressing on the brakes, or stops with me pressing on the brakes. I cant figure out what is touching. It doesnt allways happen. It does appear to happen at the end of the day vs the morning. Maybe something is happening with heat expansion?

Put the jeep on stands and remove rear tires. Put the jeep in gear and watch the axle flange. You may have a bent one like I did.

If I had a bent flange, it should make some sort of noise consistently right?

I had the same thing when I turned left I would get rotational squeaking noise. It turned out that I had bent my right rear axel shaft. Look at up grading to chrome molly shafts if you have that problem.

Check your rear brakes, how much pad is left.Sounds like your low pad indicators are telling you something

My buddy had the exact same symptoms, and the same issue . . . bent right rear axle shaft. He replaced brake pads, etc before jacking it up and watching the flange.

Bummer, well, I guess the positive is that I will have a squeeky spare now.
