rocker guards
I am looking into rocker guards and keep seeing alot of people suggesting the ace. I do like the looks of them but have some questions. Does anyone have pics of them without the rubi rails? And without the rubi rails are they still a good rocker guard? Also any others I might like? I like the look of the lod but how do they mount, I want ones that mount to the frame.

Ok I have been reading a bunch today and am kind of lost. Are the frame or body mount sliders stronger? I am looking for something strong with a step or rail and under 600 help please.

Hit up white knuckle off-road on Google...I got mine there and they were under $600 delivered to my house. They are frame mounted and stout as hell...I have some pics in my profile with me and two buddies standing in em...I can also tell you that I clipped a small tree at oak ridge with them...sliders 1 tree 0!

If you're looking to save some money and get some good rockers, I don't think Smittybilt can be beat. $299 for the 4dr, they're body mounted as opposed to frame if that's a real issue for you. Most people are looking for just additional protection for slips and scrapes and a body mounted rocker guard will be fine. I'd only go frame if you are looking at a lot of rocks or stumps where you off-road.

Have you guys put some punishment to the ace rails? I really like the price of them but like how some of the others have three mounting spots for even the two door.
