Has anyone that had installed rocker skins ever removed the front fender with only removing the bolts from the fender nutserts? Is this possible? Or is the only way to get the fender off is to completely remove the rocker skin to release the fender?

 

If you open the door you'll see another bolt necessary to remove in order to completely take off the fender panel, so your best bet is just to remove the rocker fully.
