Rock Krawler vs. Tera flex vs. Metal cloak

The 4.10s and the manual will work well except for really technical rock crawling and freeway speeds in rolling hills and mountainous areas.
With stock flares, and what you've described as your needs, I'd run a Teraflex 2.5" coil lift with Bilstein or Teraflex shocks.
The MC with OME/ARB shocks would be softer rather than firmer.
The AEV will be stiffer without heavy bumpers and armor.
The RK would work well, and is what I'd probably run. However, there is extra tweeking and parts you need to dial everything in.
However, the Teraflex comes turn key with everything you need but exhaust spacers. The ride is a little firmer and can handle the weight, but not too firm. With a Rubi, you don't need front swaybar disconnects. With stock flares, you need the amount of bumpstopping they include to run 35s. For what you have described, it all works. If you decide to upgrade the front trackbar, the front Teraflex forged trackbar is really nice an adjustable while on the jeep. If you decide to do front lower control arms, the Teraflex design that combines rubber at one end with a flex joint at the other will more than handle your shock length and isolate road vibrations well.

I installed the aev 2.5 Xt lift with geo bracket a couple of weeks after without knowing if it was the good choice (I red manny positive reviews). After driving it I was amaze how much the ride is improved over stock. I'm not affraid anymore of bumps in high speed turn...
AEV seems to be more complete than terraflex 2.5'' coil lift with the rear track bar wich is a special design and as per AEV is a key to their superior performance. I don't have any heavy bumper or equipment and the ride is a bit stiff but is a bit softer than a stock JKUR. it handles like a sport car no body roll or dive and feal very stable and precise on highway.
I highly recommend AEV for a DD/overlander.
For hard core off road I would consider Metalcloak game changer or RK x-factor.

When I bought my Jeep I tried my stock jeep and a demo with a terraflex 2.5'' coil lift, terraflex shocks and 285/70r17 KM2 and didn't like the ride so I chose the stock Jeep to be able to put a better lift. Both jeep where exacly the same (2013 JKUR). I installed the aev 2.5 Xt lift with geo bracket a couple of weeks after without knowing if it was the good choice (I red manny positive reviews).
