Default Rock Krawler front spring question

Hi guy's and girls.

We have finally decided on the rock Krawler lift for our 2 door Jeep. Now I got one more question.

What is the difference between the "long travel linear front coil springs" and the "long travel progressive rate front coil springs"??

We have to decide between the "Rock Krawler JK 3.5 Mid Arm Flex System" and the "Rock Krawler JK 3.5 X Factor Mid Arm System"

Thanks for the input.

The linear spring has a constant spring rate as it compresses.

The progressive spring gradually gets stiffer as it compresses.

I have the 3.5" mid arm flex on my 4 door with the progressive rated springs. It rides like a caddy and flexes like a champ.

Aha, that make sense. Did you ordered it with that springs?? According to their website the mid arm has the linear springs.

Thanks.

Honestly, I didn't know there was a linear spring option. I was hunting for a kit with progressively rated springs and liked the upgrade option along with abuse proof warranty because I am kinda hard on equipment.

Ok, I checked out the website. The 3.5" mid arm kit comes with front progressive rate coils and rear linear coils.

Thanks for checking it out. I went back on their website and saw that too. Just got confused because on Northridge website the description does not match the description on Rock Kwawlers site. So confusing!!!!
