Rock Krawler has new bump stops that work now. At the time I bought and installed my lift I bought the aluminum block lower rear bump stops. They hit the frame side track bar bracket. I cut mine so it would work.

This was only an issue with the lifts that move the rear axle back 1".

I had the original 2" aluminum blocks that would hit the passenger side trackbar bracket, but I changed the bumpstops for RK's new angled bumpstops. I decided to get the new bumpstops with a 3" height because I was concerned that I'd bottom out my shocks before hitting the bumpstops with only a 2" bumpstop. Everything works like a charm now.

With 35x12.50R17 tires I did not have to trim the pinch seem, but in a full stuff the back of the rear tires hits the stock rear bumper. Not bad though, not enough to catch. If I go with 37's I'll need to cut the rear bumper or replace it.

Make sure you buy the updated rear lower bump stops though. The aluminum block ones don't work with the x-factor without being modified.

Here's a couple pics.

and flex shots from getting the bump stops diald in.

Nice setup! Are those RK 02001/02002 coils (3.5" lift on 4 doors, 4.5" on 2 doors) or 03100/03101 (3.5" on 2 door, 2.5" on 4 doors)? Also I was wondering, are your bilstein 5100 the 2 - 3.5" lift or the 4-5" lift shocks?

Thanks a lot. Here's mine on 03100/03101 coils with 315/75/16 Mickey Thompson ATZ . I am wondering if I should upgrade to 3.5 for Xmas. I know I have to get rid of these awful looking plastic rocker guards

Nope I bought the coils when they were only 2.5's. Now RK sells them as 4 door 2.5 and 2 door 3.5

I am right around 3.5-4"
