This is my JKU when it had a 3.5" X-Factor and 35" Toyos:
It works well on the road with the stock flares, but I was able to bust a few of the flare retainers loose even with 3" bump stops front and rear on that wheeling trip. I swapped to Poison Spyder flares and 37s shortly after and haven't looked back.

The flat fenders do make the 35's look small but give a LOT more room to articulate without rubbing the fenders. 37's, flat fenders and this lift are just awesome.

Flat fenders will make those 35s look tiny. I made the jump to 37s a few months after installing the RK 3.5". I'd post a pic but the site won't let me.

Agreed 35's with flat fenders and 3.5" RK lift will make the tires look small. Let us know if we can help you with your build at all.
