Rock Krawler 2.5" Flex Lift
#11
ok thats encouraging, and really if its a year down the road and I do have to purchase a new one, it shouldnt be a big deal. I was just trying to avoid a swap within the first couple months since the lift and the shocks i want will be enough $$ alone.

did you find out what fox shocks work for this lift? I've done a bit of research and it has been difficult to find IPF 2.0 Fox shocks that match rock krawler's specific recommendations for extended length and compressed length.

Dont know if you HAVE to but i did when I swapped my teraflex 2.5 from my 2010 into my 2012 its cheap and easy. You may also want to look into relocating your evap canister further away from your rear driveshaft boot. Its real easy go to teraflexes website they have a video on both the exhaust spacers and evap relocation

On the 2012+ you will need either an exhaust spacer or a aftermarket front driveshaft or a new cross over pipe. The factory shaft can take the angle up to 3.5" of lift but on the newer JK's you may have contact with the cross over pipe. As far as running the Fox shocks you don't want to go by their descriptions for lift heights, you will want to match our recomended collapsed and extended shock lengths as close as you can.
