Replacements? Did you get a damaged set or something?

Yes my rails were damaged in shipping when I received them on Wednesday. Fedex just beat the hell out of them during shipping. There were probably 12-15 spots on the rails that were worn down to bare metal. Northridge talked to rock hard and the new ones are on the way! Great customer service from both companies!!

Got the replacement rails installed and I am very impressed! Nice quality welds and powdercoating.

OK Boys, I just ordered the Rock Hard ones for mine...should arrive this week and will install. Only question I have for folks who use them is do you need to use the Rubi Rails on them too or do they protect well enough? I do some rock trails, but mostly logs and some odd angles on descents, etc.

Thanks.

I ordered these a couple weeks ago after months of research. They should have arrived in a couple days but UPS seems to have lost them 4wd.com is having UPS search for them and may have to send another set. I hope they aren't all beat to hell when they arrive. Glad to see some pictures of them other than the ones on the RH website. They look awesome!

well...UPS literally dropped them in my driveway. No packaging, no hardware, and they look like they were dragged behind the truck the whole way to Maryland. So....the vendor shipped another set and they just arrived today. BUT THE BOX WAS STILL DESTROYED But at least there was a box this time, and there doesn't appear to be any damage to the rails, and there is a bag of hardware.

There aren't any directions though. What do I do with those spacers? I'm guessing they act as big washers that I put on the back side of the pinch seam before the nuts. Won't be able to install them for awhile but glad they are finally in my possession after a month
