I've been looking at all the different rock sliders for a while and I just came across these today:
LoD Jeep JK Wrangler Signature Series 4-Door Unlimited Rock Sliders (SRS1004)
(HEY NORTHRIDGE...why does this link say LOD??? )
I've searched unsuccessfully and can't find anyone using using them. Maybe they're new... I've PMed Rock Hard to see what they weigh, will edit when I find out.
***EDIT: 94 lbs for the pair ***
Anyone have these? I was thinking of going with the ACE Sliders, these seem like a similar idea but will be higher up since they aren't under the stock Rubi sliders.
Will make the wife happy to have a step too

I heard from rock hard, the set weighs 94 lbs. (and is made in USA).
A little bit lighter than ACE and if I sell my rubi sliders the price will be a wash. I'm in no hurry so I'll think it over for a while...

I have teh Body Armor Rock Sliders - Very Similar and great product
I currently run the Body Armor Rock Sliders that are almost identical in construction, mounting, and layout.....price is a little better than Rock Hard, and the texture finish matches any bedliner texture so touch ups are easy........

Sorry, I don't have any better pictures, but this was my choice after a long time searching.....Really did consider the Rubi Rail with the ACE step underneath, but thought it would give up too much ground clearance, and this package was best of both......And even after trading in my 2010 for a 2013 Rubicon, the first thing I did was take off the Rubi Rails and reinstall the Body Armor Rails!
And a little rattle can bedliner along the pinch seam and rocker panel on my 2010 Red Jeep JKU Sport really set off that lower area look wise......

My only concern about the setup you are looking at would be how the sliders attach to the pinch seams on the body. It could possibly cause damage to the body if landing on a rock or surface and causing the sliders to bend toward the jeep. Just something to consider.
