Count the coil winds. There's 12 on each.
Doesn't look like the linear rears come close to that ?

It's not about the number of coils. Yours are closely grouped at the top. Mine, on the other hand, have the same spacing top to bottom. On my picture the top of the coil is located at the bottom of the picture.

Yours are ..maybe not as much, hard to tell in pictures.

The pic isn't mine .. Another member who upgraded about the same time I did,

They are the new triple rate .. Def not linear. Maybe RK tweaked the design. It Happens !!

Maybe, maybe not. Still awaiting some input from RK, I'll have to PM at this point.

Just checked their website. You won't believe what I am about to tell you. They have a phone number! Mind = blown. Look on their website for a string of ten consecutive numbers - that should be it. Then, find those same number of your phone of choice (home phone, cell phone, pay phone, your friends moms phone, etc). Punch them in and off you go.

Those guys are slammed over there engineering and selling product. However, someone is always there answering the phone, ready to answer questions. There are tons of forums and tons of threads on rock krawler. You can't possibly find it reasonable for them to monitor every single thread on every site. Especially one that is 45 posts long about how the coil windings look.

If you are intent on making a public situation out of this, post the answer after you call them. Really though, don't keep bumping this just to stir the pot.

Default RK Triple Rate/RS9000XL Woes

Bonanza,
The fronts and rears are revised.
The new rears look nothing like mine. Somebody posted the same concern over on JKO .
Here's is the new rear triple rate.
