I went with an RK 2.5" long arm set up and 37s. You will have to have flat fenders, proper bumpstops and a good deal of pinch seem trimming in the rear

The taller the lift, the higher the belley clearance but the less down travel you get, however you get more up travel.
This x2 also depending on your shock travel you may want the longer coils to help keep them seated.

I run the 3.5" x factor with out bumpstops and with cut flares stuff the tires pretty good. This kit has endless flex!

I'm running the 3.5 X-Factor with 37" MTZs and Poison Spyder narrow flares. I've toyed with the idea of dropping back down to 2.5 coils, but I really like the way it sits with the 3.5 coils.

Here it is with stock flares:

Damn, Marcus! Your JKU looks sweet! How is I haven't seen it until now?

Hopefully soon I'll get to spend more money with you. I've been Jonesin' for PSC flares for a couple years now.

Factor in all your variables. I went with the 3.5" with 37 KM2's and it is too much lift. Why? I kept my build light, BFH bumpers front and rear, no spare, small winch. 2nd my tires run way small, so they are closer to a 35 than a 37. I am dropping to a true 35" tire and the 2.5" coils

Either lift height you choose as you can see will tuck a 37" tire under it! We recommend flat fenders for both lift heights if running 37's. You choose which best suits you a little more ground clearance or keeping the rig low with a meaty tire under it.
