They do, I have no experience with it but apparently the turbo is made by precision and is only available for the 3.6 engines.

UselessPickles over on JeepLab and WranglerForum has this Stage II setup and a ton of empirical data on it. I almost went this route, but it requires 2" of clearance at the front jounce bumper, and I do not want any type of lift or leveling kit.

Does the ripp seem to have a bigger influence on the 3.8 or 3.6 (if you have done it with both)?
