Idk what that means but I have an 09 and I just picked mine up from the RIPP place today. I'm gonna be installing them tomorrow or the next day i'll let you know what's going on. BUT from lots of reading and listening I understand that the ECU is extremely intelligent and sensitive so just give it time if you're talking about a check engine light. Ross from ripp also told me that the check engine light may come on and off randomly from what he was told by other customers. It's not that big of a deal. Enjoy the power-fuck the light.

I just looked at your signature and I know exactly why. It's cause you're running a Superchip. I called the guys at superchips before having bought a diablo predator and the headers and they said the vehicle will run too lean with a superchip. Return it to stock and see if it goes off. I'll bet you all my money it will.

@ you boys running the new Ripp headers:
What's your real world experience in terms of how they change your JK's performance? Seat of the pants impressions? Do they move the powerband up or down, more meat in the mid-range, etc. Exhaust note or volume change?
Thanks.

No - of the five local truck including the in house tester - one is throwing a light - randomly - its a lean code... tripped and then shut off on the highway only... we've check our logs and its no where near dangerous, its just out of trim of the ECU... so lights may come on... some trucks may trip it and some may not... we are addressing it.
We've spoken at length with Diablo Sport and American Racing Headers and both agree that the light, though a nuisance will not effect engine life... We will be releasing a Pre-tuned Predator soon and all this will be clear... coincidentally it will also bring more power.
