No its complete, sans tuning but its a local issue because the previous owner did not remove his jeep from the Diablo intune before selling. He's fixing that now for me. I am trying to find out if anyone has figured out what Volant Donaldson Powercore filter would fit the Ripp. K&N style oil wetted gauze filters do not filter anywhere near as well as Donaldson or OEM style filters, I am even ok with loosing 1% of the airflow if necessary. If possible I would run the stock airbox and a OEM style filter, but its not.

Just from warming it up at idle to check for coolant and fuel leaks, belt tension and coolant level after thermostat opens it all looks great, sounds cool like a jet engine, though not very loud. Have only idled, I have to install the tune hopefully late this coming week when I get the tuner back. Took me a little longer because I wanted to replace the intake manifold gasket which I highly recommend if your near or above 100K miles.

Your welcome to stop by and drive mine when its done.

Reach out to these guys:

River Raider Off Road

They have some experience doing sealed air boxes with our 3.8L systems.

Thanks for the closed box info. Been wondering about that myself.

Had the Ripp for two years now, and still love it. Had to add the AEV Super Cal for extra tuning so you might plan for that.

What additional tuning was done with the AEV that could not be done with the Diablo?
