Rigid Dually Colored Light Covers

Amber is better for penetrating snow and rain like has been said.
Eyes are more sensitive to shades of green than any other color.
Red allows your eye to retain some dilation. In other words, it doesn't kill your night vision as badly.
Blue, no real benefit that I can see. It can Be Seen from farthest away but that's in terms of others seeing you.
A smokes lens could be useful in close proximity, or thickly grown trails, where you want the light spread but having the light bounce off a bush 2 feet away and back to you can be too bright.
Have I covered all the colors available?

visibility was down to 150 ft or less!
i found a new appreciation for my truck lite headlights, they have an exceptional side throw and I was able to see the yellow center and white shoulder lines.
i would really like some amber covers but I have the BDF adaptor to let my rigid d1's fit in my Ace bumpers factory compatible openings, any guess if the amber covers would work?
I am trying to visualize how the lens covers attach...

i know that for a small fee they swapped the lenses on my d1's, wonder if its worth the hassle to have that done for amber lenses?
its not like we get fog that often, but with the new truck lites the rigid's don't get much use anymore.
i still have a pair of the nice powder coated BDF brackets to mount a pair of d2's on the windshield pillars...
