All measurements taken on top of bumper, at the corners:
Drivers front: Before 26 3/4" After 31" = 4 1/4" lift
Passenger front: Before 26 5/8" After 31" = 4 3/8" lift
Drivers rear: Before 27 3/8" After 30 5/8" = 3 1/4" lift
Passenger rear: Before 27 1/4" After 30 5/8" = 3 3/8" lift
After measurement was after a 1mile drive around the block, will post more measurements after 500 miles......

After pics
ALso added 1 1/2" Spidertrack Spacers - Time for a Front Track bar and Sway bar links front and back, as the front axle is shifted torwards the drivers side about an 1 1/4". Other than that the kit was very complete. I really liked the rear Track Bar brace and bracket!! Also came with front and rear bumpstops...

there is a lot of bash and clashing on these lifts. keep us detailed on how everything works out.
