Default Replacing coils and springs

Ok I'm replacing my springs and shocks currently I have a 4 inch rough country lift and I'm switching to 3.5 RK springs and fox shocks, anyone have a link to a write up on the easiest way to do this or any helpful hints?

Writeups area, there is an index at the top (if the links are broke, just scroll down). In the Suspension section you will find quite a few how-to's with steps and pics. Doesn't have to be RK specific, they all use the same basic steps.
