Even though I have bent my stock front axle , doesn't mean thet are built out of tin like you may have read. Maybe HE would just gusset them with sleeves
Wow...your reply offers alot of good info....if he is researching info for his Dad and you cannot provide any pertinent info, then just shut the fuck up

I have a Dynatrac Pro rock 44 Unlimited, RCV shafts, ARB locker, ball joints and could not be happier with it. It is very stout and capable of anything I'll throw at it. I went with a rubi rear axle for cost reasons ($900) and will put an ARB locker and shafts in it if/when the factory e locker fails (would have been $1800-2000 to go this route).

Couldn't you just put ARB locker in your non rubi rear D44 with 35 spline shafts?

Wow that was fast! Asked some questions and bam here you are ready to rock! That's awesome! I stew over stuff for so long, I can't imagine just jumping in like that. But I am way jealous too! LOL!

Sounds like the right thing with the axles. And any idea how dark the tint is?

With parts and labor to install, it was more expensive than just putting in a used axle for 900

I honestly feel that he didn't mean to be cruel or disrespectful to the guy or his dad. The guy didn't really explain that his dad "asked" for the help. He was just acting on information given. No intent of disrespect was intended, I'm sure. That's the beauty of this site, many differing opinions. My take.
