Default Replaced Driveshafts.... now diff fluid everywhere *PICS INCLUDED*

Just replaced our Front and Rear Driveshafts on out 07 Unlimited Rubicon with JE Reel 1350's. I didnt know about the checking the torque setting when removing the pinion flange. Basically I removed the flange on the front and rear axle, added the new yokes and torqued to about 160lbs each. And yes the pinion angle on the rear is good.

After driving a short while diff fluid is all over leaking heavily from the yoke area on the each axle. do I need to torque them more? Replace crush sleevs?

Any suggestions appreciated.

***UPDATE***

Pic below, I'm assuming the seal that needs to be replaced is the one I have outline? To remove the seal which arrow (A,B or C) will I place a large flat head screwdriver to (as instructed by RedneckJeep). If I had the new seal in hand I guess I would know the answer to my question. Also whats the preferred method of installing? Just press it in? Rubber Mallet? Etc....

Sounds like you messed up the seals when you installed the flanges ...

Does anyone know of a writeup that explains how to swap the seals?

Remove drive shaft. Remove flange. Pop seal out with a large flat blade screwdriver. Install new seal and reassemble.

I've read a few posts where folks are replacing the nuts that hold the flanges/yokes on. Is that really necessary?

Also, with new crush sleeves in place what should I torgue the nut down to?
