Default Replaced ball joints but still have minor wobble

hey fellas I got a wobble normally around 40-50 and 20-30mph with minor to moderate throttle. not when I take my foot off the throttle it immediately goes away. my ball joints were shot anyway so I had to replace them but thinking this can make a wobble it would go away when I fixed them. Wrong. I still have the wobble at those speeds and I don't know what it could be I was thinking I need an alignment or maybe one of my tires is not correctly balanced.

Well, may as well start with free stuff. Check the tie rod ends and drag link ends for wear. Assuming those are good, it could be the tires or a hub. Given that it is speed related, that implies tire related. Have you tried rotating the tires and seeing if that makes a difference? Just swap front to back for the test.

Your alignment would have to be really messed up to create a wobble. Also make sure everything is tight. All it takes is one loose bolt.

Yep, start with a balance and rotate, then go through Planmans DW/Shimmy diagnosis a few times. it is stuck right to the top of the Writeups area.

yea im gunna rotate them see if it changes. so if it dosent change then that must mean my tires are balanced correctly because they are new. All the tie rod ends are gtg and the drag links are satisfactory. how would I check the hub? just jack it up and shake it to see if there is a lot of play?

That sounds more like a drive line issue. CM

There's also the tranny shim that I read about my 07 JK does this as well.. It's a known problem according to some other members around the 40 mph range.
