Question removing sway bar link- Advice please

Hey guys-
I am needing to replace one of my TF sway bar links (leveling kit). When i installed the leveling kit, i had a lift and took the tires off so it was pretty easy, i dont have access to that equipment right now.

Can i replace the sway bar link with the Jeep sitting on level ground? Do i need to jack it up or take the tire off to do it?

I am hoping i can just crawl under there with my socket wrench and disconnect and replace.

Thoughts?

You can pull them off sitting level on the ground. It should be pretty easy.

Yeah the hardest part is getting the first end off.... I used a brass hammer. Popped right off, the the rest was cake.

Just use a jack to tweak the axle when you need it, not fully lift it off the ground, just an extra 1/4" or even 1/8" can make the job very easy.
