Default Removing surface rust from offroad bumper
My wife has a aftermarket front bumper on her jeep and it has some small surface rust in some places. What is the best way to clean it off. It's almost like if you were sit a metal can down on a metal table and get a little rust ring.

Some rust here and there sand and clean area touch up with some paint.Or have bumper striped and get powder coated
