I dread the same thing every spring. Thinking of investing in those new bushings but not sure if its worth the 20 minutes of swearing each year

It's worth it believe me. Mine pop right off in the spring .

I agree.. Doors are off and put away in 5 minutes now. Worth ever penny and more! And TMR shipped fairly quick to me in Canada too.

Followed up by some silicon based lubricant would be a more lasting solution. Penetrating oil is great in the short term to displace water and get stuff un-stuck, but you need to apply a second lube to protect it and keep it from happening again.

I have a little bottle of this stuff I got at Home Depot for a few bucks for random stuff and it works great and lasts much longer than things like WD-40

But either way I am glad I swapped em'. The old ones were all corroded and falling apart...
