Northridge 4x4 has been known to do both for $999.99 as well, but you'd have to visit Washington. Not sunny SoCal but we do have plenty of snow wheelin right now to try out. Good luck getting a deal.

I added 4.88 gears to push my 35s with the auto trans and paid a total of $1600. I figured it was slightly high, but it was worth the savings in gas from constantly having to run in a lower gear.

This is actually a good deal. I work for a shop in Florida CTM customs, and I just ordered 4:56 front and rear for my jeep at our dealer cost and my parts were 1100 dollars. Labor is about 8-9 hours and depending on the shop it could be as much as another 1000 dollars in labor. Of course I'm doing the labor myself but gears are not cheap. Do some research online and see what companies like G2 are charging for the gear kits it might give you a better view on what they quoted you.
