Installing a 2.5 TF coil lift and adding Duratac 315's soon. How much does it usually cost to regear a 2011 automatic at a shop? Where is a good place to buy the axels from to save a little $? And lastly, what gears should I be running for the 35's?

I just did this 2 months ago. Here in Amarillo Tx the best I could find laborwise was $300 for the front and $200 for the back. I did it myself since I used to be a mechanic, but I had to borrow some tools and fabricate others, like the tool to hold the flange when you tighten the pinion nuts. Best advice is make sure you find someone who has done this before if yours is a Rubicon. There are a few special things you must know about installation with the lockers. As far as parts, I got Yukon 5.13s from Complete Offroad. Be sure to order the ones that have the Complete offroad brand on them. They are Yukon Gears, they just can't be sold under the Yukon name and they are a lot cheaper. They even come in a Yukon box. You will have to have a complete overhaul kit for each diff. Be careful though, the one I got for the front was a G2 kit, it had the wrong shims. I think I was able to do the whole thing myself including parts for around $700. With the 5.13s and 315/70/17 I can now go down the highway on hills with the cruise on and the tranmission doesn't shift in and out of OD.

you can get 5.13's shipped to your door from David at Northridge for around $550. now, you just have negotiate labor. In my area, i was quoted anywhere from $700-$2200.
