That is a very nice parts list you have. 3.5 inch lift is about the height you want to consider a drag link flip for handling and bump steer. It kind of comes down to you have it all apart no so may be easier to get the front end done. If it was me and my budget didnt allow for a flip kit, I would install the ram kit and drive it. See how you like it. You can put a flip kit on it down the road without issue.
Last night my buddy started making my tie rod clamp out of a chunk of 1.5" ID / 2.5" OD tube. I'm not spending $75 on a chunk of tubing from PSC or someone.
It's almost finished.

I'm going to take this direction. I'll just plan for next year to do Reid Knuckles and a high steer setup. I'll also replace all control arms next year. I put around 6K miles a year on my Jeep, so I think I'll be able to deal with things as it is.

Sure, what dimensions would you like? My buddy Joe (he just so happens to also be a P.E.) is the one who choose the dimensions and I'd who did the machine work in his home shop. He will be getting here to my house in a few, so I'll have him type whatever you want.
I know that the tube is 1.5" ID and was 2.5" OD before he cleaned it up to make it truly round. I also know that we were gifted an 8" long chunk, and we simply cut it in half on a band saw for 2 4" sections.
so I'm assuming that you want dimensions related to the bolts that will do the clamping?

We have a 2.5 ton drag link that can be run in the standard and flipped position. One time invest for the strongest drag link out there.
We sell a lot of tie rods to people with hydro assist and aftermarket chromoly tie rods. Off road, those tie rods flex and bend under the pressure of the ram. Heat treated chromoly is a lot more forgiving than straight DOM.
Careless positioning of the ram mount or wheeling hard in rocks is likely to bend a DOM tie rod with a ram mounted to it. Trust us, we know....
We offer two 2.5 ton tie rods as well. One with a 1.5" JK offset and one with a 2" offset to run big parts.

I'm aware that the Ruff Stuff is not at all the best. But what it is... is the cheapest! And it is still supposed to be a good chunk better than the OEM center link and tie rod set up. So it will get me going with my ram assist until I can formally afford to upgrade to the last center link/tie rod I should ever need to buy.

He spent 2 nights pissing with that on the lath and Bridgeport, around 7 hours into it. He said he would get you a drawing! Otherwise your into him at 7 hours labor! He's going to get a drawing put together, and I'll post it for anyone to steal. <img src="https://www.jk-forum.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=643864"/>
