Recommendations on new 3 inch springs
Hey all. I am looking for a good spring that will give approximately 3-3.5 inches of lift on a two door jk with lightweight front and rear bumpers. Also have a winch but running synthetic cable. I have been running Mopar (superlift) springs that were meant for a 4 door. I gained a little over 3 inches of lift with these springs and am trying to keep the same ride height. What i am looking for is a spring that will not un seat while flexed and have a lil better ride quality. I am running fox shocks for 2.5-4 inches of lift but still have issues with the mopar springs being too short while fully extended. I am debating going with teraflex or rock krawler.. Although, i am open to others opinions

If you decide on new coils, check the MetalCloak thread. (generally right here on the first page of Modified threads). Their 2.5" coils should be good for the height you want on a light JK. The 3.5", probably way too much. Your shocks will be too short for them, though...

I thought about doing that but also would like to utilize the extra length of my shocks. If i can get a spring that will accommodate for the length of down travel the shock gives me, i hope to keep the tires on the ground as much as i can. The superlift springs arent bad for ride quality but just dont expand far enough when flexing. Not very far at all. Im always reseating the rears. The front, not so often. Not sure if there will be any difference when i put my front pro rock 44 on, as the spring perch is designed a little different

Ive been hearing lots of good things on the synergy springs. Do you have any experience with the evo plush ride coils? I was always interested in those as well. Kinda curious what the life expectancy would be for a softer spring like a plush ride coil. Or how they would perform off road?

The WAL people swear by them. There are some on here that run them also and like them. Kjeeper10 has them and said he really could tell no difference between them and the RK coils he was running. They are linear so they have a higher chance of sagging over time. I'd prolly give them a shot if it weren't for that fact.
