Default Recenter front and rear axles?

i was wondering what the best way was to recenter the front and rear axles.. i have a TF 2.5in coil/shock lift and i bought both front and rear jks adj. track bars. i did recenter the front and rear to the best of my abilities, but still feel like there off a bit.. whats the best method? also if the toes in or out on the front and your centering with the tires on, whats the best way to center..? if i get my truck aligned can they tell how much its off and center it?

Quote from fore mentioned write-up. "To do this, firmly hold a 2×4 up against the driver side front tire from the ground up making sure that it is aligned to the center of the wheel. Using a tape measure, measure the distance between the edge of your fender flare (or other pre-determined point like the spring perch) and the edge of the 2×4." Check it.
