The kits are made up of stock we use in making the ball joints. Since we've never had the need to sell a kit, it's pointless to make up any kits. When we need 'em, we'll make 'em up.

It's important to know that our warranty is no-fault. This means we're not looking for ways to deny a claim. Most warranties cover workmanship or defects. We cover it if it breaks.

For example, an overseas customer with a big Ford with a Dana 60 front (factory front end) with alloy shafts but stock u-joints broke a axle u-joint. In getting off the trail the axle shaft ears destroyed the Dynatrac ball joint. Since the ball joint was less than a year old, we covered it. This wasn't a defect, it wasn't poor worksmanship. It broke as collateral damage to an event we didn't cause. We covered it.

Moral to the story. We sell it, if you break it within a year, we fix it. I might add that high quality u-joints are a good investment.

I appreciate Northridge (Dave) taking the time to respond to our questions and give us information on how they take care of their customers.......I may have to give them a try.

I replaced mine in about 5 hours. Both uppers and lowers. I didn't need an alignment, JK tracks true. The feel is rock solid.

But it wouldn't hurt if I had a repair kit.

Wait you already had to replace your Dynatracs or your stock ones?

That sounds reasonable, were they press in or bolt in style? I just done want one to break on the trail. A bit pricey but may be worth it.

I have noticed some folks on the site say to call you. Do you call the main number and ask for you? I assume you are in sales. Thanks for the information.
