Default Rear tire carrier that swings with tailgate

What manufacturers make a rear bumper with tire carrier that the tire carrier swings with the rear tail gate? I think I would like this type better in general. Would be looking for something that is quality, but can't break the bank either. Pricing needs to be in line with most other rear bumpers with tire carriers ($800 to $1,000).

I know there are carriers out there that open with the tailgate, but I haven't seen any bumper w/carrier combos that have that feature. Usually if it's attached to the bumper, it's going to open separate from the tailgate. From what I've seen so far, I think you'll have to get a carrier separate from your bumper. I'm having an off day today, so I can't recall which manufacturers make a carrier that opens with the tailgate other than TeraFlex at the moment.

I've seen several. I have one. The one I have is the expedition one rear bumper. It opens with the tailgate and is super strong. However it is over your budget at about $1400.

Poison Spyder makes an awesome one, for about $1400 though. I owned the first gen Expedition One combo and it was awesome. I will be purchasing the 2 gen one for my new 4 door.

Edit: I didn't even realize I posted on like 3 of your threads. We must be building a very similar Jeep

Best Top High Rock bumper and single action tire carrier. It has carried a 35" for 2 years. The spindle is firmly attached and braced the height of the bumper; the nut holding the swing arm is a 35mm axel type with cotter pin; bearings; it is serviceable with a zerk; includes CHML. " Quad " has it listed for $700 but that has to be a typo.

There are less expensive, but that option has the spindle only surface welded. Think of holding a baseball bat with your forefinger wrapped around the base and pushing the top of the bat: the same force a swing arm with 100 lbs. of wheel on it.

I went with the Teraflex hinge ($450) and then I am going with a Paramount individual bumper with D rings ( $340).

One handed opening.

If that's not a typo then that may be the way to go. Is that your jeep in the picture? If so, how do you like this rear bumper/carrier?
