The Teraflex instructions definitely said to mount on the inside. Here's step 13, which is still on the rear...

"Install new rear sway bar links on the inside of the way bar and the inside of the axle bracket. ?Use the factory bolt on the axle with the nut on the outside so excess threads will not interfere with the shock. Use the provided 12mm bolt and washer for the top side with the 12mm nut and washer on the inside to give the most possible room for tire clearance."

But, I have read and seen a few other folks doing the outside. Maybe I'll just try that.

My rear links are mounted on the outside. Make sure you put the bolt inward.

I flipped mine to the outside per Teraflex. The tops do look like they could hit the inside or the wheel. Definitely close I'd say. I do have aftermarket wheels too (AEV) with maybe 4.75 back spacing.
