Really? I have a 3" lift with stock rear uppers and lowers, Coast double cardan shaft and no vibes. The ds angle looks like about 0, I know some say to rotate 2 degrees down so its 0 when accelerating.

FWIW, I have 3.25" lift in the rear, running the stock rzeppa drive shaft, and rear pinion set 1.5 degrees lower than tranny. Been running that way for over 12,000 miles. Used as both a daily driver and even long haul a few times (over 1000 miles in a day). Also light off roading (mountain fire roads). No issues.

Not saying it's right, just saying it works with no issues so far for me.

I beg to differ. The double cardan is what minimizes vibration when the input and output angles are not perfect.

The single carden should be within a couple degrees in the rear. The double carden side can run at a steeper angle. We can get away with angle at the front because its not under load in 2wd. If that wasnt the case we would all be screwed favoring pinion over caster.

Just got back from Jeep Beach and Tom Woods Drive shaft was there. He said that with the rzeppa joints, it really doesn't matter either way. Point it at the driveshaft or split the angle, not going to make a difference.

Yup. You were right. What kills me is I spent some time getting my pinion there..lol...and it really didn't matter. Except maybe make the boot last longer.
