Default Rear end pop with video

I have a popping noise coming from the rear end during acceleration from a stop only.
I've attached a video; at :05 you can see the diff shift/rotate back with an audible pop. Any suggestions?

Definitely something loose back there. I would check each end of upper/lower control arms, and then both ends of driveshaft. Sounded like something shifting around when you accelerated, and then again when you let up on the gas. Check both ends of everything that's bolted down back there (shocks, track bar, sway bar and links, etc.). That sound and shifting around seems pronounced enough that you'd probably find it by grabbing the right component and giving it a good shake to check for play.

Mine makes the exact same sound and still trying to find it as well. Have looked at all parts. Fixed ujoints and didn't fix it. Still puzzled and searching for the exact cause.

Has this thing been off road lately or just stays on the street?

have you checked to make sure your track bar bolt is not hitting the spring? spring might be clocked wrong.

Let someone drive it and sit back there so you can point out where exactly the noise coming from.
