Knuckles Offroad makes one.
you can mount the tire vertically (normal), diagonal, and in the future...horizontally. (with different mounts)

I have an Ace bumper with the gas can carrier, it works great and none of it rattles
I have other Ace products and I've never been disappointed, if you want a low budget approach there are plenty of them out there...

My two favorite things about the Ace is the single action opening plus it just used jerry cans, most bumpers I've researched use roto pax's which I found to be awfully expensive !

Yeah AEV fuel caddy is definitely not cheap. I think it runs like 350 AFTER you've already dropped almost 1700 on bumper and carrier
