The RC PDF install instructions mentions unbolting them when taking the oem coils & shocks out but does not mention anything else as far as bolting them back in when putting in the new RC coils & shocks.

I'm not completely tuned in about the track bracket option. If you don't buy it, will you eat universal joints or something?
I used the Lowe's style relocation bracket. Works fine. You do not need the track bracket with this lift. The offset problem just does not occur on the 2.5" lift.

What I did was buy the kit and see what i needed. The only issue was the brake line relocation at EXTREME flex. Be careful buying everything available. Most of it is superfluous and will wreck your budget.
