Took a stab at adding them to my jeep.... looks ok. Something is a little strange about it tho. Might look cooler at night.

And I just realized my 20" LED lightbar blocks that whole upper area anyways, so I guess this is one mod I won't be trying out anytime soon.

Positions 2, 4 and 6 look the best. Guess you already have something mounted so it won't work for you. Somebody let me know what lights you choose. I may want to do this also.

Now trying to pick the right size lights lol. Going with trailer clearance lights. They'll be wired in with the parking lights and will be on with the blinkers, hopefully I can get right one to blink with right blinker and vice versa, middle always on. Wiring isn't my normal thing so I'll be doing lots of testing!

I did some trailer lights recently on metalcloak flares, for you to put them in the grill like that you'll need to wire up a ground to the backs of the lights. Typically you just bolt them to the trailer and that serves as the ground.

IMO- the blinking wouldn't be so hot since they are towards the middle.

Great idea subscribed lets see what you come up withy. Like the idea of adding blinker function. I don't think it would look weird at all.

Try these in amber:

They're definitely small enough to fit, and they're shaped perfectly for the slots. The only problem I can think of is that they may be too bright... not sure, though.

I'm planning to run 10 of these in white as rock lights, but I'd love to see how your "Raptor Light Mod" turns out, as well.

Go for it!

Default lights

lol, you guys realize those lights are a legal requirement, right?

they are also on the back.

the 3 closely placed lights, all on the same horizontal plane are indicative of a vehicle 80" wide or wider, up to the max legal width.

While they look fairly bad-ass on the ford, it is over 79.9" wide, and is actually required by law.

I'm not saying to do, or not to do the mod, but that's why they are there, and as always, check local laws / etc / etc your mileage may vary.
