that makes me feel more comfortable about my choice...
great customer service, quick responses... you cant beat that!
overall, taking out the small inconvenience, how satisfied are you with the bumper... the overall look etc?

well, Rancho contacted me and informed me that my bumper was not supposed to be shipped that way, and they are not sure as to why. And the post's for the hi-lift jacks are designed for spacing on 1995 and older jacks, and that there was supposed to be adapters for the newer models, which weren't included in my batch. They apologized and were sincerely concerned. I am impressed with their quick response and concern, and they assured me that this is not a common issue, and are going to check into their stock to make sure none other's are like this.

i am pretty pleased with the look. I had cut my factory rear bumper to stubby, so this new bumper looks much cleaner, the finish is textured, not sure powder coat or paint but seems fairly durable. I have my stock tire on now, as the lift and new tires are going on this weekend. I have the KMC Rockstars with the factory tires, and there is about a 3/8" gap between the tire and carrier right now. The new tires are 37 13.50's so I know the rubber is going to but up against the carrier securing the spare, even though there are no rattles now.

I have that same carrier and with a little grinding and modifying it went on and looks killer. My brand new hi lift bolted right on the welded bolts. My only complaint would be the squeak the carrier bushings make rubbing against the mounts on the bumper itself. Sounds like my old boss taking money out of his wallet...
