Default Rancho 9000XL adjustment knob question

Got these installed and can't find any instructions on the adjustment knobs..... They are VERY hard to turn and I can't get more than one click out of them

Mine were a little hard at first but loosened up.

1 is the softest and 9 the firmest.

I run 3/2

Now you can't just drop in, say Rancho sucks and leave.

Why do you think they suck?

The 9000's are a awesome shock.
You won't find may negatives around.

I agree the 9000xl shocks are great, they ride way better than stock and the fact that you can adjust them on the fly is pretty cool.

x3 on the 9000XLs. I've had them in two vehicles now, a 2005 Excursion and my 2013 JKU. No issues and on the Excursion I regularly towed an 8000 lb travel trailer.
