Near the end it takes closer to 8-10 weeks, there are a lot to be processed.
If it takes longer than 10+ weeks, PM me.

I also check the CV boot and the spline boot to makes sure there are no cracks, tears, or cuts in the boots. Finally, I look for any sign of slinging grease at the CV boots. Two oil changes ago I began to observe some very small signs of grease slinging from my front DS CV boot. It appears to be coming out from underneath the boot clamp itself and not from a failed boot. Here are pics of what I've seen. I will continue to monitor it for signs of impending doom. If/when the boot gives up, I'll replace the drive shaft with an aftermarket drive shaft. Until then it's business as usual.

Mild grease slinging from the end of the CV boot onto the insulation. The grease appears to be coming out from underneath the metal band clamp which secures the boot onto the drive shaft.

Notice the discoloration of the drive shaft (rusted portion) where some of the residual grease remains on the shaft. The crimped part of the band clamp is on the opposite side of the shaft, but grease is plainly visible at this location.

I made it just over two years on my front driveshaft. Seems a trip at my local ORV park finally made it start leaking. I'm going to get another month out of it then replace. Same lift... 4" sport.

Rancho,
Where can I find the 3" Sport lift? I've seen nothing since your initial announcement. I'm thinking that might be a better choice for me but I can't find any info on it.
I have a 2010 JKUR with the 4" sport on it, installed before it left the dealership. I have put 22000 on it since my purchase in May of 2010 (7000 of those miles being within the past 3 months.) It drives awesome. Though I do reccomend a draglink flip. The flip made it go from driving good to great.

Ya I'd buy the 4" trail kit if I could still get the rebate.

I have a 2008 JKU Rubicon, have bought the 4" sport lift and will be going with 35's. Will this kit level my '08 or will I need the spacers? The kit was developed using 35x12.5x18 BFG MT KM2's on 18x9 wheels w/ 4.5" of backspace. Will it work with 35x12.5x17 BFG MT KM2's on 17x9 wheels with 5" of backspace?

Default 9000XL Shocks

Anyone got suggestions for the best setting for highway driving? I've got all four shocks set at 3, but didn't know if there was a better set up.
