Can't decide beween this lift or the performance leveling kit ( with coils ).

To me it looks like the rancho lift is putting the front too high compared to the back...
I read they do this to take into account aftermarket bumper and winch. I can see it being level after adding some weight to the front. I will say this lift is an awesome deal for $275 after the rebate!

I woud expect the JKU with à 1.75 rear spacer and not the JK.
Nope, this is the opposite. JKU is heavier and the kit uses the same front coil spring, so it produces more front lift on a JK requiring the taller, 1.75", rear spacer to level out the JK. I have two of these kits - one on my JKU and be on my wife's JK. Both are level and we used a .75" rear spacer on the JKU and 1.75" on the JK.

Correct, there the 66108BR9 and 66109BR9 are only different because of the rear spacer. The 2 door kit has the 1.75" rear spacer and the JKU kit has the .75" spacer. Using the wrong one on a 2 door makes it too high in the front.

If I were to replace the .75" space with a 1.75" spacer, what else if anything would/should I fix on the rear end?

I'm assuming some new links for a start, but not sure if anything else.
I am curious about this as well.

I did a lot of reading before deciding on this lift for my 2012 JKUS and couldn't be happier. During the install we just cut off the front passenger shock instead of removing the fuse box or bleeding/cussing a lot. We also duplicated the rear brake line brackets and used them similiarly on the front with a gentle bend of the factory formed brake lines.
On road performace at the firmest shock setting is rougher than stock but I can also have a lot of fun taking interstate clover-leafs. Softest setting with deflated tires is definately trail ready. I can't wait to try my new quick disconnects with this lift; hopefully this weekend.
I can't say enough good things about this kit: form, function, instruction, price. I added the Rancho High Clearance Steering Stabilizer about a month after the lift. Great add-on/complement for this lift in my opinion.
All-in-all the best thing I've done to my jeep since removing the factory front air dam.

You should also dial your shocks stiffer when towing...try a 6-7 and see what happens.

I agree that stiffening the shocks when towing is best practice, however, stiffer shocks don't magically make backwards rake go away.

I almost wish I would have ordered the 2 door kit. I know everyone's case is different so it's difficult to make a be all end all kit.

Even with a 1.75" rear spacer on the 4 door, there is less rake than factory, and i'd rather have a small amount of forward rake than any backwards rake.

I have the kit installed on my JKU with the 9000xl shocks and I agree with Namtaru. I wish I had gotten the 2dr kit as well. I really don't care for the slight reverse rake. I also have an additional issue. I'm 285-70-17's which is a 33" tire and it is tearing my rear fenders apart under flex. I really like the lift and I am otherwise happy. I just wish I was able to clear the 33's like the lift advertises.

Was running a Teraflex 1.5" leveling kit (2" front spacers, 1" rear spacers). Front end was sagging so I pulled one 1" spacer from the front and swapped in the Rancho 2" springs. Front end is lower by .75" with no winch. I should've opted for 3" front springs since my winch is coming in next week and I'm gonna have to re-add the spacer to keep it closer to level.
