As was said, my biggest issue was I didn't have tall enough jack stands. Luckily a fellow local jeeper swung by and helped me out.
I only had 2 ton stands, of which I have since bought new ones, 4 ton stands worked plenty fine.

For the top nut on the front passenger shock, mine was 5/8ths and I was able to get it off and back on without removing the fuse box, i just cut a little bit of the plastic away and it made it much easier to get at.

I had never installed coils before and got the whole thing done in about 4 hours, well 5, but the first hour I was just dicking around.
I found that having a second person around was VERY helpful.

What is different between the 2 dr and 4 dr kits? Is it just the springs?

Taller rear spacers to compensate because the front springs are same on both kits?

Yes, and I think the spacer difference is 1". 4door version is .75" rear spacer - 2 door is 1.75" I believe.

Did you need any other adjustment, when installing this kit, brake lines etc.?

We do suggest an alignment. The kit comes with rear brake line drop brackets.

On the alignment, my experience has been on both a 2DR and 4DR 2013 that we just needed to adjust the drag link to recenter the steering well. The rest appears fine.
