I was nervous too when we got ours in the mail but it has held up with no problems. Make sure you clean it really well before you stick it on though.

I was concerned about it as well......I slipped it on prior to using the silicone and it's a snug fit all on it's own. I have wheeled 4x pretty hard with it and it's still nice and snug!!!!!

When I put mine on I was worried a bit also, but I put it on first without the glue and I almost couldn't get it off!!! So with the glue it should be a bit better
I have taken it off road a couple of times and even have some light scratches and its still there!

I have had it on close to a year no issues. Solid setup.

I installed a safety wire and painted it black before I put it on. It hasn't taken a hit yet. I'm confident it will hold up.

Rancho says all you need to do is glue it on and it's good. I emailed them and asked if the glue works so good, how come all their pictures show it safety-wired? No answer.

I'm a big fan of skid plates that attach to something solid instead of letting the rubber engine mounts absorb the hit.

2 cents.

Ive had one on my 09 Rubicon for over a year without a problem. The design seems to work just fine.

LMFAO!!!!

You could always go with benchmark as well, a bit more expensive, but it bolts on if that makes you feel more comfortable!
