I recently installed a OR-Fab tire carrier and I had bought two of the Rampage Trail cans and they don't seem to fit into the mounts for the Gerry Cans. Has anyone else had this problem and if so how did you fix it. The lip on the bottom of the can is to thick to fit into the gap on the lower mount and if you open it up so that it does the cans seem to be too short to fit into the lip and still use the retainer on the top of the can.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

I have a rampage trail can as well and found it doesn't fit jerry can holders. It is bigger than a normal jerry can by a smidge. they can be jammed in there though.
